This House of Books

For the holiday Artwalk, This House of Books will feature local photographer Shirley Marin and Montana Bookstore Trail art contest winner Journey Olsen. Shirley focuses on unique juxtapositions of nouns (people, places, things) in her work, while Journey turns to more fantastical and whimsical influences, like the work of Junji Ito, for her digital art.

About This House of Books:

The Billings Bookstore Cooperative has a very simple mission: Build an independent full-service bookstore in downtown Billings and turn it into a literary & cultural hub for the city. Using the cooperative model means that we give book lovers a chance to own a piece of the store and participate in its success. Our store is in the heart of downtown Billings, convenient to the Billings Library, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, the Alberta Bair Theater, and other literary and artistic destinations.
