Lowrider culture emerged in Mexican-American communities in the 1940s-50s Southwest U.S., transforming cars into rolling art with lowered suspensions, bold hydraulics, murals, and chrome.

It celebrates Mexican heritage through craftsmanship, family bonding, community pride, and creative expression—turning vehicles into symbols of resilience, joy, and cultural identity. We will be hosting Rollerz Only, a local lowrider crew that has members from all over the country. Billings finally opened up a chapter and are excited to present the rolling art to the community. We will also have a live music by DJ Foxwit.

DJing fuels lowrider culture by spinning oldies, Chicano soul, funk, and cumbias at car shows, cruises, and parties—creating the perfect soundtrack for “low and slow” vibes. It strengthens community, family dancing, cultural pride, and intergenerational bonds in Mexican-American life.
